Baby change facilities are centrally located within the Boulevard on Level 0 (lower ground floor).
Banking
Barclays and HSBC ATMs are situated on Level 0 (lower ground floor) in the central Boulevard. All bankcards are accepted. The nearest banks, including a cashier service, are located at Canary Wharf, approx 15-minutes from ExCeL London.

Cloakrooms
The main cloakroom is centrally located within the Boulevard on Level 0 (lower ground floor). Depending on the event addition cloakroom facilities may also be available – please check with staff at the Information Desks.
Convenience Store
Whistlestop Food Market offers a range of fresh sandwiches, soft drinks, snacks and confectionery. Essential stationery items, newspapers, magazines and cigarettes are also available. Whistlestop is located at the West entrance, between Event Halls S2 and S3. The Capital Convenience store and mini supermarket is located under the Capital East Apartments, on ExCeL London's dockside.

Leapfrog provides a safe, clean and contemporary environment for 100 children aged 3 months to 5 years. A separate crèche facility is available for parents wishing to leave their children in reliable care for just a few hours whilst attending events at ExCeL London. Please be aware that the Crèche requires 1-week notice, and is unable to accept children without prior notice.
Disabled Facilities
ExCeL London has been purposefully designed to allow unrestricted access for disabled visitors. Disabled toilets are provided throughout the venue. Telephones are located at levels suitable for wheel chair users. Disabled parking bays are available in the East car park. Wheelchairs are available for hire from the Information Desks, on a first come first served basis, with a full refundable deposit.

Internet Access
There are two Internet kiosks within the Boulevard each providing four Internet terminals. Internet access costs 13p per minute and all units accept both coin and credit card.

Post Box
There are two post boxes - located at the East End of the Boulevard and at the West taxi drop-off point. Stamps can be purchased from Whistlestop. The nearest post office is located on Freemasons Road opposite Custom House for ExCeL DLR station, approx 5-minutes walk from ExCeL London West.
Stationery Supplies
Stationery supplies are available from Whistlestop. B&Q at Beckton is the nearest place for hardware supplies.
Taxis – Black Cabs
A taxi drop off and pick up point for black cabs is located at ExCeL London’s West Entrance.
The main toilets are located on Level 0 (lower ground floor), as well as throughout the North and South Halls.
Wireless Broadband (BT Openzone)
BT Openzone Customer Service – Tel: +44 (0) 870 240 57 45You can use BT Openzone within ExCeL London - enabling you to access the Internet or your corporate intranet and send e-mails and attachments, at broadband speeds, without wires. All you need is a WiFi enabled laptop or PDA and a subscription or voucher for BT Openzone access. Areas of public coverage are the main Boulevard and public areas. Electronic vouchers and subscriptions can be purchased online at www.btopenzone.com and paper vouchers are sold at the ExCeL London InTouch on Level 0 (lower ground floor).
