Complimentary daily seminars at Showcase
Walking round an exhibition may be stimulating for the mind but it can be taxing on the feet. Our research tells us that visitors would welcome an opportunity to sit down for a spell during the exhibition, so this year we are introducing an all seating seminar theatre in the body of the hall. Visitors will be given the opportunity to take a refreshing break and add to their verifiable CPD by attending one of the seminars that will run throughout the day.
The hour-long seminars, which will take place over the three exhibition days, will meet the requirements for verifiable CPD and cover the three core topics recommended by the GDC:

Tony Reed, Executive Director at the BDTA says, ‘We are delighted to offer seminars as part of the BDTA Dental Showcase exhibition experience. As both general and verifiable CPD becomes more important than ever, we wanted to offer an opportunity for all members of the dental team to gain access to teaching on the three core CPD subject areas during their visit to the exhibition. The seminars will support the learning which takes place as visitors walk around the exhibition, researching new dental products, techniques and services.’
The seminars will take place in a sound proofed lecture theatre within the exhibition hall (S5). Delegates can attend a maximum of one seminar each day and will receive one hour of verifiable CPD.
