On the Friday evening of Showcase (20th of October), Bridge2Aid is teaming up with the BDIA, A-dec and Henry Schein Dental to bring you its infamous, biannual Bridge2Aid Bash. The event is a chance for both exhibitors and delegates to wind down after a couple of days at the show and meet with friends – old and new. There have been some amazing Bridge2Aid Bash events over the years – from a black tie dinner to a casino, to playing your favourite village fete games. Who can forget the crazy golf course?
This year, the event is moving to the Vox Conference Centre, right next to the NEC, and it is going ‘old-school’ with an ‘80s and ‘90s disco. There will also be a chance to get competitive on the full-sized retro arcade games, includingSpace Invaders, Pacman, Pinball, Sega Giant Tetris and Sega Race TV! There will be some prizes for top scorers at the end of the night.
Although optional, there will also be a prize for the best ‘80s or ‘90s fancy dress costume. For some, this will just mean digging out your disco gearfrom a few years ago! All profits from the evening will go to Bridge2Aid and enable them to continue their incredible work in East Africa – training rural health workers in emergency dental care and preventative oral health education to enable them to treat their own communities.
Tickets are £35 per person and can be booked either as individual tickets or in tables of eight to 12. There will also be an opportunity to pre-order wine for your table before the evening at special event prices!
