BDTA Dental Showcase provides verified attendance data
BDTA Dental Showcase has contracted with BPA Worldwide for verification of the event’s attendance
BDTA Dental Showcase, organised by The British Dental Trade Association, was held 2-4 October 2008 at ExCel London. BPA verified the total registered attendance as well as demographic and geographic profiles of attendees for the exhibition.
Glenn J. Hansen, BPA Worldwide President, praised BDTA Dental Showcase for voluntarily opening its records to independent certifications and documentation of its data.
Mr Hansen pointed out that in addition to facilitating the buying and selling process of exhibition space, an event audit report provides exhibitors with assurance that their investment does, in fact, reach target audiences for specific markets. The report also helps exhibitors to identify ways to maximize ROI, provides information to market their brands effectively and helps them to justify the expense of exhibiting. The event audit also helps show organisers by documenting the quality to their attendees, providing information to help increase attendee value at the event and providing decision/support information to organizers to plan and market the exhibition more effectively.
Tony Reed, Executive Director at the BDTA comments ‘We have a responsibility to our exhibitors to provide accurate visitor data to enable them to make decisions about exhibiting at the event in the future and to assist when planning their targeting strategies. It is all part of enhancing the UK’s market leading dental exhibition and ultimately delivering a better service to both exhibitors and visitors.’
Copies of the event audit report for BDTA Dental Showcase will be available on the BPA Worldwide website www.bpaww.com.
